IAB Transparency & Consent Framework (TCF) 2.3

Intastellar Consents implements TCF 2.3-oriented behaviour:

• Vendor management UI for the TCF ecosystem
• Consent string handling and standardized signaling for ad tech / programmatic use

Certification: The CMP is not IAB-certified as of the latest product FAQ; core signaling and consent string handling are implemented to align with IAB TCF specifications. Treat certification status as a separate checklist for RFPs and publisher agreements.

• Runs only after the banner is live on the site—it does not scan the site before installation.
• Observes real traffic: cookies and modern browser storage, before and after consent decisions.
• Useful for audits and understanding what actually fires in production.
